2. Services Offered SoCal Park provides customers with a platform to search and book off-site airport parking reservations at discounted rates. We work with a network of third-party partners to provide this service. Our partners also offer shuttle services to the airport free of charge.
3. Reservation Policy Customers are required to make a reservation through the SoCalPark.com website to take advantage of our services. All reservations must be made in advance, and customers must provide accurate information about their flight details and other relevant information. SoCal Park is not responsible for any errors in reservation information provided by customers.
4. Payment Policy Customers are required to pay the full amount of the reservation at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as determined by us. SoCal Park will not be liable for any additional fees or charges incurred by the customer, including but not limited to parking fees, taxes, or other fees charged by our partners.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy Customers may cancel their reservation at any time, subject to the following conditions:
• If the cancellation is made 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time, the customer will receive a full refund.
• If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one day of parking.
• If the customer fails to cancel their reservation and does not show up at the designated parking lot, the customer will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
6. Changes to Reservation Customers may request changes to their reservation, subject to availability and any applicable fees. Changes must be made through the SoCalPark.com website or by contacting customer service. SoCal Park reserves the right to deny any change request.
7. Limitation of Liability SoCal Park and its partners will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use the Service or any content provided by or through the Service. SoCal Park is not responsible for any damage or theft of the customer's vehicle or personal property while parked at the designated parking lot.
8. Intellectual Property All content and materials on the SoCalPark.com website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of SoCal Park and its partners. The content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Privacy Policy SoCal Park collects and uses personal information from customers for the purpose of providing our services.
