You can cancel this reservation anytime before the scheduled arrival time at the parking lot. However , we can only issue a full refund if you cancel your booking atleast 24 hours before it is set to begin. After that, we can only issue a refund after deducting a fee of $9.95.

We cannot refund any reservation canceled after the arrival time.
