"The lot was almost full, some of the cars were parked infront of others.blocking their way which i feel could be a fire haszard, on my return there was a car parked infront of my car, have to call the staff to remove the other car to clear my way. I belive for the cars blocking others, they ask clients to leave the key for them so they can move them when needed."
