When you book a parking spot using SoCalPark.com, we automatically create an account for you using the email address you provide. If you want to access your account but don’t remember the password, go to the account login page and click “Forgot Your Password?”. This will allow you to reset your password.

You can also check a reservation you made by using the confirmation code in the reservation mail sent to your email address.

Yes, all the parking providers in our network are thoroughly vetted for safety and security. All of them are fenced, well-lit, and paved. Most of them are open 24/7 and have extra security measures like CCTV cameras and round-the-clock parking attendants. Please view the specific details of each lot for more details.

Almost all the parking lots in our network provide free complimentary shuttles to and from the airport. The timings and frequency may vary depending on the lot. Please factor in at least 15-20 minutes to get from the lot to the airport.

When booking a spot, please enter the time you expect to arrive at the lot - not the flight departure or arrival time. Some parking providers have regular shuttles that pick customers up from the airport and drop them off at the lot. Others may require you to call them and inform them to pick you up.

Yes, we recommend taking a printout of your reservation confirmation mail to present at the parking lot entrance. Some parking lots may only require you to show the confirmation mail on your smartphone. You will find specific details regarding this in the confirmation mail.

In case you haven’t received a confirmation email, you can find details of your reservation in your account. Once you login, you can download and print the confirmation mail from the website.

Some parking lots may not require a printed copy of your reservation until the time you pick up your car. Others may only require you to show it on your smartphone. Please go through the details of the lot given on the confirmation mail.

You will be eligible for a complete refund of your booking amount only if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the reservation start time. If you cancel it between after than, a cancellation fee ($14.95) will be charged and deducted from your refund.

However, we will not be able to refund reservations canceled after your scheduled arrival time.

You can cancel your reservation by logging into your account, selecting your reservation, and clicking Cancel.
