"Only problem was getting in - the machine would not recognize the code and when I entered my cell phone number twice it didn't work. The same thing happened when I tried to leave. Fortunately a staff person on duty came to help and got me in and got me out."

"Hard to find a parking spot. Finally did, but there were cars blocked in by other parked cars. Our online bar code didn't work and we had to get assistant to help both coming and going. Otherwise, convenient- really helped to be able to call driver late at night"

The parking attendant on entrance was rude as well as the one when I walked up on my return confused on what to do. The attendant that helped on my exit with my vehicle was impeccable. I didn’t get his name but he was an older brown skinned guy."

"The lot was almost full, some of the cars were parked infront of others.blocking their way which i feel could be a fire haszard, on my return there was a car parked infront of my car, have to call the staff to remove the other car to clear my way. I belive for the cars blocking others, they ask clients to leave the key for them so they can move them when needed."
