"At both check in and check out the automated service did not work with the QR code you sent me. Fortunately both times there was an employee there to help me open the barrier. I had both a paper printout and the email but neither worked. The 2 employees who assisted me were both professional and helpful. The return from the airport to the garage was slower than it could have been as twice the driver made U-turns to drop people off at other locations. Both times a second U-turn was required to head back in the direction of the garage - seems it would have been more efficient to go to the garage first and then go back towards the airport to drop off the other passengers."

The valet was nearly full too. I needed the attendant to open the parking gate for both entry and departure. I understand why some people needed to leave their keys. Those vehicles were parked in such a way blocking those vehicles which had arrived earlier. The earlier vehicles did not have to leave their keys."

"I want to give a shout out to the support personnel on deck on May 11th in the early AM. The airport was insane and so were the parking, the shuttling and the number of people being moved. There was not space for my car (even when I had a reservation!) but the attendant vale my car while my mom was already being moved up the shuttle with our suitcases. In the craziness I left my computer bag in the back seat of my car. When we got to the airport and noticed my computer bag gone (I was in a working trip), I panicked. There was no way to get to back to the airport and through security. I emailed the service team and told them the situation. I picked up my car yesterday and they had secured my computer. Thank you all for your great, great work!!! Thank you."
