Failure to follow this procedure will result in customers being charged the higher posted rate without exception.
For security reasons, only the original driver will be allowed to retrieve the vehicle when exiting the parking facility. If someone else will be picking up your vehicle, please make arrangements accordingly. The driver will be denied permission to use valet parking if they state that someone else will be retrieving the vehicle.
