"While the price helped greatly and the distance to airport and frequency of shuttle service was very good, the shuttle needs to be more clearly marked as there are other Hilton Garden Inn locations that pick up and I did not know exactly how the pickup worked. I was just told where to stand but not a phone number to call or that the shuttles are different. Also, the hotel parking elevator was out of order [with NO signage to that effect] and when you are made to park on 5th floor and I do not do stairs well with luggage, that was a problem. I was so blessed that a kind couple assisted me getting down with my luggage. I was also lucky that when my scan page did not clearly show WHERE to scan and I had to pull a ticket, the hotel upon my return, gave me a key to get out of lot. They were kind, courteous and accommodating. That was a wonderful experience. I do appreciate the discounted rates very, very much Keep up that service. Thank you."
