Conveniently situated at the intersection of Rt 28 and 606 (Old Ox Road), we are just minutes away from the Dulles Toll Road (267). To ensure a smooth parking experience and avoid potential towing, please visit the front desk to register your vehicle, obtain a parking pass, and receive directions to the designated parking area.

• This facility does NOT allow in/out privileges. You CANNOT enter & exit more than once.

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the hour or half-hour of the desired shuttle time.

• The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dulles Airport hotel is 2.1 miles from Dulles International Airport (IAD) in Sterling, VA. One of the closest Dulles Airport hotels, the Fairfield Inn & Suites provides a regularly scheduled airport shuttle. Our Shuttle service runs from 4:30 am to midnight on the hour and half hour, off hours would require a taxi.

• To properly service your transportation needs, you must call the front desk a day prior to reserve the shuttle to go to the airport, otherwise subject to having to wait for availability.

• We are conveniently located at the intersection of Rt 28 and 606 (Old Ox Road), just minutes from the Dulles Toll Road (267).

• You must see the front desk to register your vehicle and obtain their parking pass and directions as to where to park., otherwise, you may be subject to tow.

Arrival

1. When you arrive at the hotel, please check in with the front desk.

2. Show the attendant at the front desk your parking pass, either printed or on your mobile device. They will issue you their own pass, direct you where to park, and where to pick up the shuttle. The shuttle DEPARTS on the HOUR and HALF-HOUR (:00 and :30)

3. Place your NEW, hotel-issued pass in your dashboard so it's visible. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow. Enjoy the shuttle to the airport!

Departure

1. Upon landing and collecting any checked luggage, please proceed to Ground Transportation and pick up area 2G. Shuttle wait time ranges between 10-20 minutes. If you are arriving outside of shuttle hours (4:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.), then you will need to take a taxi. Please note - per airport regulations, the shuttle is not allowed to sit idle while waiting for guests to arrive.
