Parking FAQ

  • What is SoCalPark.com?

SoCalPark.com is your go-to platform to save money on airport parking. Whether you’re flying out on a short trip or taking a long vacation, we help you find affordable off-site airport parking where your car will be safe and secure. Our convenient parking platform will help you choose your travel dates, search for the best parking lots nearby, compare their rates and offers, and reserve a spot in just minutes. Our network includes some of the most trusted private parking providers and hotel chains located near major US airports.

  • When you book a parking spot using SoCalPark.com, we automatically create an account for you using the email address you provide. If you want to access your account but don’t remember the password, go to the account login page and click “Forgot Your Password?”. This will allow you to reset your password.

You can also check a reservation you made by using the confirmation code in the reservation mail sent to your email address.

  • Yes, all the parking providers in our network are thoroughly vetted for safety and security. All of them are fenced, well-lit, and paved. Most of them are open 24/7 and have extra security measures like CCTV cameras and round-the-clock parking attendants. Please view the specific details of each lot for more details.

  • Almost all the parking lots in our network provide free complimentary shuttles to and from the airport. The timings and frequency may vary depending on the lot. Please factor in at least 15-20 minutes to get from the lot to the airport.

When booking a spot, please enter the time you expect to arrive at the lot - not the flight departure or arrival time. Some parking providers have regular shuttles that pick customers up from the airport and drop them off at the lot. Others may require you to call them and inform them to pick you up.

  • Yes, we recommend taking a printout of your reservation confirmation mail to present at the parking lot entrance. Some parking lots may only require you to show the confirmation mail on your smartphone. You will find specific details regarding this in the confirmation mail.

  • In case you haven’t received a confirmation email, you can find details of your reservation in your account. Once you login, you can download and print the confirmation mail from the website.

Some parking lots may not require a printed copy of your reservation until the time you pick up your car. Others may only require you to show it on your smartphone. Please go through the details of the lot given on the confirmation mail.

  • You will be eligible for a complete refund of your booking amount only if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the reservation start time. If you cancel it between after than, a cancellation fee ($14.95) will be charged and deducted from your refund.

However, we will not be able to refund reservations canceled after your scheduled arrival time.

  • You can cancel your reservation by logging into your account, selecting your reservation, and clicking Cancel.

  • You can edit your reservation details by logging into your account, selecting your reservation, and clicking Change Date/Time.

  • You can contact our customer support team by filling out our contact form. You can also find the contact details of your reserved lot in the ‘Next Steps” section of your confirmation email.

  • We are in the process of expanding our parking inventory in new areas across the country, including near local airports. Please check back with us soon to see if we’ve added new lots near your local airport.

  • You'll find off-site self-park lots near Boston Logan from $6 to $16.74 a day, a fraction of Logan's $37 to $46 a day garages. At Se-lect at Hampton Inn, your $16.74 a day rate includes a free shuttle every 20 minutes. At lower rates like Airport Parking Boston 2 at $6 and Broadway Motors Park and Repair at $12, you'll arrange your own ride instead. For a fully hands-off option, Logan AP Parking is curbside valet at $50 a day, with your car dropped off directly at your terminal.

  • You'll find the lowest rate at Airport Parking Boston 2, $6 a day near Boston Logan, though a shuttle isn't included. For the cheapest all-in option, book Se-lect at Hampton Inn at $16.74 a day, free shuttle included every 20 minutes.

  • You'll pay $60 to $167.40 for 10 days at self-park lots near Boston Logan, well under the $370 to $460 at Logan's garages. The lowest totals are Airport Parking Boston 2 at $60, Airport Parking Boston 1 at $100, and Broadway Motors Park and Repair at $120, and all three leave transportation to you. Se-lect at Hampton Inn at $167.40 includes the shuttle.

  • Yes. Logan's Economy Garage costs $37 a day, and off-site lots near Logan start at $6. Se-lect at Hampton Inn is about 2.5 miles out at $16.74 a day with a free shuttle. The lower rates come without one. Broadway Motors Park and Repair is 2.8 miles out at $12, Airport Parking Boston 2 is 3.7 miles out at $6, and Airport Parking Boston 1 is 7 to 8.5 miles out at $10.

  • Overnight parking off-site near Boston Logan ranges from $6 to $16.74 a day, compared to $37 at Logan's Economy Garage and $46 at the Central Garage, a savings of up to 87%. You can compare these lots and reserve your spot ahead of time on SoCalPark.

  • Off-site parking is the better choice for groups on shorter trips, while Logan Express suits solo travelers and longer stays. You'll pay $6 a day at Airport Parking Boston 2 if you arrange your own ride, or $16.74 a day at Se-lect at Hampton Inn with a free shuttle, and either rate is per car, with the shuttle carrying up to 4 passengers. Logan Express is $7 a day for parking plus $18 per adult round trip at Woburn, Braintree, Framingham and Danvers, and Back Bay tickets are $3 with no parking.

  • Yes, reserving ahead is the safer bet. Massport's $29 a day advance spots at the Central, Terminal B and Economy garages are limited and fill up during busy travel periods, and drive-up rates run $37 to $46 a day. On SoCalPark, you can lock in an off-site rate from $6 a day before you leave.

  • You'll save the most by parking off-site, and you'll be closest to your terminal in Logan's Central and Terminal B garages at $46 a day. Off-site rates start at $6 a day at Airport Parking Boston 2, 3.7 miles from Logan. Se-lect at Hampton Inn is about 2.5 miles away at $16.74 a day, and Logan AP Parking offers curbside valet for $50 a day.

  • Yes. At Se-lect at Hampton Inn, you park in a gated, camera-monitored lot and hand your keys to an attendant in the Revere hotel lobby. Airport Parking Boston 1 is gated and Airport Parking Boston 2 has cameras on site, both self-park lots in Saugus and Everett. With Logan AP Parking, a valet takes your car at the curb and keeps it in their care until you return.

  • You reserve your spot on SoCalPark, drive to your lot and park, then get to your terminal by shuttle, your own ride or curbside valet, depending on the lot. Check your lot's page before you leave, since some ask for a form or advance notice first.

  • The closest self-park lot is Se-lect at Hampton Inn at about 2.5 miles, and it includes a free shuttle every 20 minutes, with a ride of about 20 minutes. Next come Broadway Motors Park and Repair at 2.8 miles, Airport Parking Boston 2 at 3.7 miles and Airport Parking Boston 1 at 7 to 8.5 miles, none with a shuttle. At Logan AP Parking, you meet a valet at your terminal.

  • It depends on the lot. Se-lect at Hampton Inn includes a free shuttle for up to 4 passengers, while Airport Parking Boston 1, Airport Parking Boston 2 and Broadway Motors Park and Repair don't. Logan AP Parking skips the shuttle with a valet at your terminal.

  • Yes. Logan AP Parking is the covered option, with curbside valet at $50 a day and your car kept in a garage. Every other SoCalPark lot is outdoor, from Airport Parking Boston 2 at $6 a day to Se-lect at Hampton Inn at $16.74 a day. Logan's own garages run $37 to $46 a day.

  • For off-site parking near Boston Logan, add your lot-to-terminal travel time to Massport's guideline of 2 hours before a domestic flight and 3 hours before an international one. That's about 20 minutes with a shuttle, the length of your own ride without one, and nothing with curbside valet, which runs 4:00 AM to 11:30 PM. Tunnel traffic can add more, so compare lots on SoCalPark.

  • Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your Boston Logan parking reservation begins. If you cancel within 24 hours, a $9.95 fee applies, and cancellations after your scheduled arrival time are not eligible for a refund. Manage your booking anytime at socalpark.com/reservation.

  • Once you've collected your bags, head to the arrivals level curb and follow the "Ground Transportation" signs. Call your lot for a shuttle pickup or to have your valet bring your car, and if there's no shuttle, take a rideshare or taxi. Your SoCalPark confirmation email lists your lot's contact details.
